Following the revocation of their O-licences, Judds Travel and Emblings Coaches have lost a contract with Cambridgeshire County Council to transport school children, the Peterborough Telegraph reported. The contract is due to end on June 3.

Traffic Commissioner Nick Denton has also refused a stay request from Emblings Coaches Limited.

A spokesperson for the Transport Tribunal told CBW on Friday, May 1: “I can confirm the Tribunal has not received any appeal from Emblings and Judds.”

However, Mark Judd told CBW on Tuesday, May 5: “Both Judds Travel and Emblings Coaches will be appealing the decision. I have also employed the FTA to conduct an independent audit to prove all of our vehicles are up to scratch and safe.”
