Big on Pointers, Lidl on price
Whilst picking up some freshly baked croissants for breakfast, one of the CBW team was rather surprised to see the Lidl’s latest advertising campaign featuring one of Scarborough’s finest on a large poster at the end of the tills. The model of a Plaxton Pointer-bodied Dennis Dart seems to have had Leyland Olympian-style round headlights fitted, and sports a destination that says ‘MISSED IT M8.’ Lets hope an upgrade to low floor and a DDA-compliant destination features in the next advert!
