Eclipse Sparks attention in Bristol

On 13 May the old Marks & Spencer building in Bristol’s Broadmead re-opened as Sparks Bristol, a new creative arts and sustainability hub. The new ‘department store with a difference’ offers shopping, advice, events and art installations on the ground floor, with departments including fashion, travel, garden, gifts, re-use, food and energy. Each area will provide ideas on how to take easy and money-saving action on issues around climate, sustainability and well being.

First West of England is sponsoring the travel agency department, which is situated right inside the main doors of the building, and has installed the front end of a Wrightbus Eclipse, offering the chance to sit in the driver’s seat or have a selfie with the bus, as well as a model of a Bristol tram and is promoting a range of travel offers.
