This was the sight greeting visitors to the main exhibition hall, with two icons of mid 20th century design and style rubbing shoulders. Light blue Tatra 500HB 13 stood alongside the slightly younger Škoda/Karosa 706 RTO LUX in its new guise as an open-air sightseeing bus. Both are privately owned. ANDREW THOMPSON
