A former West Midlands PTE Metrobus still in use with a Leicester operator has been on a tour of its former haunts. B840 AOP is kept in immaculate condition by present owners GH Watts, who kindly loaned the vehicle to the Travel Coventry Bus Preservation Group for the trip around the city. The tour included the site of the Metro-Cammell factory in Washwood Heath, Birmingham, where the bus was built, and the disused ex-Travel West Midlands Lea Hall depot which still has all of its signage on the exterior.
