Somerset Passenger Services driver Mick Hockell has collected all of the Hinkley Point C site’s project goal badges since joining in 2018. He’s also collected a number of contractor, charity and trade union badges, adding up to a sparkling collection of more than 65 in all.
Mick said: “I was given a few badges by a security guard in the early days and it’s all gone from there. I put them on my lanyards to make people smile and recently moved them to my hat. It’s a great asset and brings me and my passengers a lot of joy, especially in these difficult times of Covid-19.
