Minis to Midis has revealed that it has sold five vehicles on the back of its recent Ride & Drive event, which was covered in CBW1302.
Despite poor weather for much of the day on July 27, at least 20 operators attended the event, along with a number of other guests.
The company sold a stock Turas 600S, a stock Otokar 37-seater, two Turas 700s (one stock and one new build) and a stock Turas 900. The majority of the vehicles were purchased by new Minis to Midis customers.
Paul Gardner, General Manager at Minis to Midis, told CBW: “The event exceeded our expectations. With much of the entertainment and catering kindly provided by our staff and friends, we spent only £500, yet sold five vehicles.
“We would have been happy to just raise awareness of the business, but the team really pulled together and the outcome is something anyone would be happy with.
“We can’t wait to do this again next year.”
