Passengers travelling from the south coast are set to become better connected as National Express launches additional scheduled coach services to London Gatwick and Heathrow airports. Hitting the road from Monday 19 September, the new services include routes 203 from Portsmouth to Heathrow via Fareham, Southampton, and Winchester, 204 from Poole to Heathrow via Westbourne, Bournemouth, Ringwood, Southampton and Winchester and 205 from Poole to Heathrow and Gatwick via Bournemouth and Ringwood.

National Express-owned Lucketts Travel will operate the new services, with fares starting from £15. John Boughton, Commercial Director at National Express, said: “As demand for travel grows we’re building back our network to provide better connectivity for our customers in the south coast. The new coach services will take passengers straight to the terminal door, offering holidaymakers a more convenient, reliable and affordable option for travel.”

The new services join established coach routes in the Bournemouth and Poole area, such as the 035. RICHARD SHARMAN
