National Transport Media has recently updated its website to include a full list of services the company has to offer.
The new business is based in Plymouth, Devon which says it is set out to change the way public transport operators use social media.
Founded in December 2016, the company offers advice on how to utilise and embrace social media and how to better connect with customers.
The packaged services include a full strategy, free social audit, social media pages, daily content creation, an advertisement budget and an optional photography shoot.
National Transport Media offers advice to help operators get more recognition online, with features such as social media integration to the company website and advertising on Facebook and Google to reach a wider audience. Additional services include photography, website design and management.
Lauren King, Founder of National Transport Media, spoke to CBW about her new business: “It’s been set up to help smaller local transportation companies embrace social media as I noticed quite a few haven’t embraced it yet. We can help update their page for them with daily content and photographs which I take myself.
“I was a bit of a bus spotter a few years ago. I’m not sure where it came from but I was hooked and my photography blossomed through me taking pictures of buses.
“The company was launched on Christmas Eve last year and the website has been recently updated to provide a list of the packaged services we offer.
“There has been positive feedback and interest shown from various coach companies who want help starting up their social media presence.”
