Number 11 vintage service gears up for summer

A special vintage bus service will be operated by Troopers Lodge Motor Services, beginning on the 3 May bank holiday. The Number 11 Vintage Bus Service has its own dedicated Facebook page, and will link a number of popular and picturesque destinations in the Cotswolds, including Jeremy Clarkson’s pub, The Farmer’s Dog, as well as the local Hawkstone brewery, among others.

Adult tickets will cost £20, and include discounts at local shops, and child, family and concession fares will also be available. Various vehicles from the operator’s fleet will be in use, both one-man and conductor-operated, including open-top AEC Regent V ‘Rosie, VDV 818.
