The latest addition to the National Express West Midlands heritage fleet has been bought from a TV personality. Daimler Fleetline XDH519G was new to Walsall Corporation as fleet number 119 in 1968, and previously owned by Fuzz Townshend, presenter of National Geographic Channel’s Car SOS.
Fuzz, who also achieved fame as drummer of 1980s band Pop Will Eat Itself also worked as fitter with West Midlands PTE.
