Plaxton Paramount deliveries recommenced in 1987, but with a move to DAF. 1991 saw 140/1 join the fleet with 3200LS bodies, meaning that the driver sat in a low seating position, whilst the back row seating was mounted high above the rest of the seats due to the rear engine positioning intruding into the interior.
