The launch event celebrated Kids Go Free tickets, which allow two under 16s to travel for free with a fare paying adult

Stagecoach has celebrated the launch of its Kids Go Free travel ticket on the Oxford Tube 24-hour express coach service by inviting families to a launch event featuring PAW Patrol characters.

Over 300 children visited Broad Street, Oxford, with their families to meet PAW Patrol’s Chase and Marshall.

Oxford Tube also provided visitors with the chance to experience a tour around one of its coaches.

Martin Sutton, Managing Director of Stagecoach in Oxfordshire, said: “Now the school summer holidays have officially begun, we wanted to give the children of Oxford an exciting, and free, day out that they could enjoy with their friends and family – we felt PAW Patrol would certainly put a smile on their faces.

“We hope our Kids Go Free any day, any time of the week tickets will give more families the opportunity to explore the sights of London and Oxford and create some lovely memories to look back on.”

The ‘Meet Paw Patrol with the Oxford Tube’ free-to-attend event took place on Tuesday, August 1 on Broad Street in the city centre from 1100 to 1600hrs.

Oxford Tube’s Kids Go Free ticket enables two children up to the age of 15 to travel between Oxford and London for free with one fare-paying adult.
