Paul Clark Services’ Quality Management System, BS EN ISO 9001 has been certified by ISOQAR UKAS.
Over the past six months the business has been working hard to produce a quality management system specifically designed around the internal processes which dovetail together ensuring consistent customer service.
The business provides engineering support to operators and manufacturers in the bus and coach industry, aswell as the NHS ambulance service.
Additionally the new Customer Charter/Code of Practice has been designed to complement and further support customer care with published details of the mission statement “To be the first choice provider for engineering support to the Road Transport Industry.”
In addition, customer satisfaction surveys are regularly conducted and the information gathered is used to help improve with the designing and producing a high quality product.
PCS is also a member of the Freight Transport Association, with the entirity of the Management team full members of the SOE/ IRTE.
