Scania has launched its new high-deck Van Hool Acron TX 16-bodied tri-axle touring coach in the German market.
The luxury liner can accommodate 48 or 53 passengers. Power is available from a 13-litre Euro 6 engine, generating either 450 or 490bhp. Standing 3.60m tall, the coach measures 13.2m long and 2.55m wide. It also boasts a turning circle of 21.7m, a luggage capacity of space of 10 cubic meters and comes with bi-xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lights. A full-length glass roof is available as an option.
