Lincolnshire-based Sleafordian Coaches has thanked all of its staff and members after it was awarded the Employer of the Year title at the local Sleaford Town Awards for the second year running.
Ian Tomlnson of Sleafordian told the Sleaford Standard that it was something both he and Managing Director Mark Broughton believed was important – as well as getting passengers from A to B in a reasonably presented, well maintained vehicle.
He said: “We do put a lot of time into it and it matters a great deal.
“Our business is about people and those people matter.”
Ian Tomlinson also presented the Business of the Year award at the same event, which went to Ray Butler Ltd.
