Stagecoach East Midlands has launched a £1m new fleet of six Fastcat-branded Alexander Dennis Enviro200s, connecting Scunthorpe, Barton and Hull.

The Fastcat 350 service travels between Scunthorpe, Winterton, Winteringham, Ferriby Sluice, South Ferriby, Barton, and Hull seven days a week. Buses run every 30 minutes Monday to Saturday, with six journeys on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Each bus features a different cat character; Marmalade, Tiddles, Moggy, Tabby and Fluffy. All six of the buses include leather seats, USB charging points, CCTV and provide easy access for luggage, buggies and wheelchair users.

Jon Donnelly of Stagecoach East Midlands said: “We want our passengers to have the very best customer experience and catching the cat provides them with a high level of comfort, coupled with the convenience of frequent services from early until late seven days a week.”
