Stagecoach East Scotland marked 100 years of its garage in St Leonards Street, Dunfermline with an open day on Saturday (May 19, 2018), the site having originally been opened as a tram depot in 1918. As well as modern and vintage vehicles on display and to travel on, there was an array of transport related stalls, the opportunity to meet Kingdom FM breakfast presenters and to take a ride through the bus wash. Stagecoach East Scotland has painted three vehicles in retro liveries to highlight the anniversary. One, an Enviro400, is this week’s Big Picture. Another, an Enviro300 painted in W. Alexander & Sons (Fife) livery from the 1960s, made its debut at the open day.
