Stagecoach has confirmed that it has sold its interest in the Twin America LLC joint venture.
The collaboration began in 2009 between Stagecoach North America and City Sights, predominantly operating sightseeing buses in New York City.
Stagecoach North America has sold its 50% voting rights and 60% economic rights to its partner, City Sights, for an undisclosed sum.
In a statement released by Stagecoach Group plc on February 15, the operator stated that completion of the transaction is not subject to any regulatory approval.
