Stagecoach in South Wales is supporting passengers in the Caerphilly area who need to travel to the vaccination centre at Newbridge Leisure Centre with a new bus service from Monday 15 February.

The service will operate hourly Monday to Saturday from Caerphilly Interchange and has been developed in partnership with Caerphilly County Borough Council.

Nigel Winter, Managing Director, Stagecoach in South Wales said: “During these challenging times, we know how important continued availability of transport is to local communities and key workers across South Wales.

”We are pleased to work with Caerphilly County Borough Council and the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board to introduce this new service and support our customers who need to get to Newbridge for their vaccination appointment. We know this will be an important journey for many people now and in the future months as the vaccination programme continues.”
