SEC has rapidly developed a reputation for quality and craftsmanship within the bus and coach and PR industries, and is making a point of ensuring the skills needed are passed on to a younger generation. Nick Larkin reports

South East Coachworks, which numbers major operators and Transport for London among its clientèle, is commemorating 10 years of recruiting to help keep traditional skills alive. Some 50 young people have taken advantage of schemes at the Kent-based concern, though not all stayed the course.
