On 17 November 2024, a new PostAuto Solaris Urbino 18 diesel is seen arriving at Bern’s postal bus station on the roof of the main railway terminal. This facility dates from the early 1970s and its comparably low roof canopy is actually a reason why the squadron introduction of electric postal buses in the Bern region has been delayed, while alternative facilities are planned and implemented.
