The Harrogate Bus Company has formed a partnership with Harrogate Spring Water in order to provide free bus transport around Harrogate on Sundays.
The ‘Sunday Freeway’ promotion has resulted in a 70% increase in patronage on four bus routes in the region, the 2A, 2B, 3 and 6.
The partnership means additional funding has been secured from Harrogate Water to enable Nidderdale Sunday buses to stay on the roads in winter.
