The operator is equipping its entire coach and bus fleet of 1,400 vehicles with the in-motion wheel loss detection system, which includes brake and hub temperature monitoring with an intelligent tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).

These are fitted alongside a pair of wheel loss sensors on each wheel. Diagnostic software built into the receiver lets the business know all sensors are working and paired correctly.
