Translink, Northern Ireland’s integrated transport operator for Metro, NI Railways and Ulsterbus services, has renewed its contract with digital payment solution provider, Corethree.

First developed by Corethree in 2014, the mLink app provides the user with the ability to access special features such as Translink’s mobile journey planner, timetables and Twitter feed, along with key ticket product offerings including bus singles and returns, bus and rail 1 day tickets and rail 3 day flexi, weekly or monthly tickets.

Furthermore, Translink customers who have registered for a yLink or 24+ photo-personalised smartcard can also purchase discounted tickets via the mLink app.

Ashley Murdoch, CEO of Corethree, said: “We’re delighted to be renewing such a successful partnership with Translink.”
