Trent Barton has stated that the union Unite has cancelled industrial action planned for October and November. This follows strike action in the previous month due to Unite the Union, which represents Trent Barton’s workforce, previously calling for ‘a fair pay deal’. This came after members rejected a 2.5% pay rise, as reported in CBW1359 and CBW1360.

Trent Barton said: “We’ll be back to a normal service, with no disruptions due to industrial action. We’d like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding over the past four weeks.”
