The school transport specialist has been acquired by Faria, a move which will offer both parties the scope to expand
The Faria Education Group says it is pleased to announce its acquisition of school transport specialist Vectare, a strategic partnership which it says marks a significant milestone for both organisations and represents a shared commitment to improving education through integrated, forward-thinking digital solutions.
Faria says it is united with Vectare in their joint mission to enhance education not only through new technology, but also through meaningful support — from enabling digital learning and streamlining school operations, to increasing access to high-quality education. Faria adds that its acquisition of Vectare introduces new opportunities for innovation in school transport which will enable schools to provide safe, efficient, and seamless transport experiences.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Vectare into the Faria family” said CEO of Faria Education Group Oleg Figlin. “School transport is a vital part of the educational experience, and Vectare’s expertise enables us to offer even more value to our schools. Together, we’re building a more connected, efficient, and student-centred ecosystem — one that supports schools holistically, from the classroom to the journey home.” For Vectare, joining Faria Education Group offers the opportunity to accelerate platform development, enhance customer service, and meet growing demand both in the UK and internationally. “Joining Faria Education Group marks an exciting new chapter for Vectare and I’m delighted to be joining the Faria family” said co-founder and CEO Dominic Kalantary. “Since day one, our mission has been to make school transport safer, smarter, and more accessible. With Faria’s global reach and technology leadership, we’re now in a stronger position than ever to scale our impact and deliver exceptional service to schools around the world.”
Founded in 2006, Faria provides international education services, including admissions, transport, and online courses. The company works with over 10,000 schools across 155 countries.
