Well-known industry figure and transport consultant Andrew Braddock was quick off the mark: “My money is on your mystery classic bus wheel (CBW1462) being the front nearside of Roe-bodied Karrier W4 trolleybus CDT 636 (Doncaster 375) at the Sandtoft Museum,” he said – and as the expanded picture shows, he wasn’t wrong.
