Richard Walter recently spotted former Lothian Buses Trident 585 (X585 USC), which has been transformed into a noodle bar by Dunbar-based company Wok N Go. The lower deck of the bus has been converted into a kitchen and food preparation area, whilst prior to lockdown, the upper deck could be used by up to 30 customers.
