Operators around the UK and Ireland have started to take delivery of vehicles with the new ‘23’ registration plates, which run from 1 March to 1 September 2023

Cornish independent OTS of Falmouth has taken delivery of its first Iveco Daily Line minibus, ready for use from the 1st March, where it joins a fleet most often associated with Mercedes-Benz Sprinter service buses and minicoaches. Bus Services Manager Craig George explains the reasons for bringing an Iveco into the fleet: “Now the business has stabilised following the pandemic and huge growth in our local bus network, the time is right to grow again by going back to our roots and rebuilding the private hire and tour element of our operation. We needed an off-the-shelf solution to fulfil sudden demand for this year and with lead times on Sprinters being very long, it became clear an Iveco was the right solution. Kevin at Acorn Truck Sales has been instrumental in helping us select the right vehicle from Iveco stock.”
