PORTUGAL
FlixBus and local partner Auto Viação Feirense have inaugurated the first long-distance electric bus route on the Iberian Peninsula, connecting Porto with Bragança in Portugal.
On the first journey, staff from FlixBus and Auto Viação Feirense were accompanied by the mayor of Câmara Municipal de Bragança.
“It’s a very important day for us. We work, invest, we do our best to grow, innovate, technologically advance and place this technology at the service of all, so that everyone can travel and know the world in our green coaches,” said Tiago Cavaco Alves, FlixBus’ country team leader for Portugal.
