Stagecoach’s Gloucester depot has gained a heritage-livered vehicle, increasing the total in the Stagecoach West fleet to three, with Cheltenham depot also operating an ADL Enviro200 and the company’s heritage bus, a Bristol VRT in Cheltenham District livery.

Rachel Geliamassi, Managing Director at Stagecoach West, said: “In the bus industry we are always looking to the future, as technological advancements revolutionise the industry. However, it is just as important to reflect on the journey we’ve taken to get us here. We are very proud to showcase this heritage livery to pay homage to our roots, which will hopefully bring back nostalgic memories for some people. We are excited to be exploring options for a heritage bus at each of our sites across the West. It’s a great way to pay tribute to the history of transport in Gloucester.”
