Chambers driver Adam Carter has bought a Leyland Olympian new to the operator in 1989 and is restoring the bus to its original red and cream striped livery. “This bus had a 33-year service career and I wanted to see it saved as a tribute to HC Chambers & Son in its days as a family owned business,” said Adam.
“It will look great in original livery.”
