UZBEKISTAN
A new export record for Yutong will see the delivery of 800 CNG and electric buses to Uzbekistan. The order consists of 300 Yuwei E12s and 500 CNG buses of two different models. The order also represents the first time that Uzbekistan has introduced new energy buses in large quantities.
The vehicles will be delivered to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, to improve local public transport and help the country’s public transport enter electric era. The first batch has already been delivered, with the remainder to follow during the year.
