Centenary rally was a hit, reports Nick Larkin
Operator Stagecoach South West and preservationists have been thanked for their help in making a major event celebrating 100 years of Devon General such a success. Some 60 vehicles attended the Centenary Bus Rally & Running Day at Newton Abbot Racecourse.
Stagecoach South West provided major support for the event, including a display of buses ranging from an Optare Solo exhibition bus to Alexander Dennis-bodied Scania N230UD WA13GDX, which has been repainted in a Devon General tribute livery.
