Arms-length municipal operator Reading Transport, trading as Reading Buses, has extended its operational reach in several directions over recent years. In December 2017 it took over Green Line route 702 From Bracknell to London from First Berkshire & The Thames Valley, adding several services run by that operator during the day and evening in the Slough area the following month.
