In preparation for this Superfeature, I asked Martijn Gilbert if it would be possible to speak to an up-and-coming staff member, to see what the next generation at Go North East (GNE) has to offer. It turned out that he had someone in mind for every one of its five main depots, along with some other key people in the commercial team and the graduate programme.
