Located on Queen Street, Gateshead, the operator’s current head office used to be the location of its largest engineering depot. Today, it effectively acts as the ‘heart’ of the business; its Head Office team are based there – including MD Martijn Gilbert – as are the scheduling, fares, marketing and customer service teams.
