The 5% Club is a UK-wide charity that aims to contribute to the alleviation of poverty through increased levels of employment. The charity invites companies who join to share their ethos and to aspire to have 5% of their workforce in ‘earn and learn’ positions. Membership of the club is free.
There are over 500 members from a range of businesses, from small and medium enterprises to organisations operating worldwide.
