The schedules for next year’s ALBUM Conference, to be hosted by Blackpool Transport, have been announced.
The event will take place at the Hilton Hotel on North Promenade, Blackpool. It will follow the usual format, with the trade exhibitors’ golf day at a prestigious course in Lytham St Annes on Monday, May 8, the formal opening on Tuesday, May 9 and closing at the Gala Dinner on the evening of Wednesday, May 10.

Blackpool Transport said it is aiming to hold the conference on a single site at the Hilton Hotel, and has pre-booked 200 rooms for attendees.
A conference accommodation rate of £120/night for a double room and £110/night for a single room (both inclusive of breakfast) has been agreed with the hotel, and delegates should quote ALBUM2017 when booking their room. There will also be a delegate rate of £150/day to attend the conference and related entertainments.
Blackpool Transport said the timing of the conference is after royal assent to the Bus Services Bill and should make attendance essential for bus industry managers.
