Blackpool Transport is holding a supplier open day ahead of next year’s ALBUM Conference, which the operator is hosting.
The open day, which is free to attend, will be held at the Village Hotel in Blackpool, FY3 8LL, from 1100hrs onwards on Tuesday, 29 October 2019. The event will include lunch, a presentation from the operator, a tour and a question and answer session.
The conference has also confirmed its latest headline speaker – Sir Peter Hendy, former Commissioner of Transport for London and current Chair of Network Rail. He joins Sir Brian Souter, Chair of Stagecoach Group, and Graham Vidler, CEO of the Confederation of Passenger Transport, in confirming attendance. The conference takes place from 4-6 May, 2020.
Sally Shaw, Director of People and Stakeholders at Blackpool Transport, told CBW: “This is a great opportunity to meet the team and hear about what we have planned for ALBUM 2020.”
While there is no cost to attend the open day, Blackpool Transport asks that suppliers confirm their attendance in advance to assist with catering. Those wishing to attend should RSVP to [email protected]
