Despite being called Ticketer, the company’s products today offer so much more than just ticket sales. John Lewis investigates

Having recently launched what is believed to be Britain’s first national multi-operator ticketing app for passengers, Ticketer is celebrating its 10th anniversary in style.

Unveiled at this year’s Coach & Bus UK show, Ticketer’s free Kazoot app allows consumers to plan their travel and pay for it using a single device, no matter whose services they are travelling on. It gives companies that already employ the firm’s ticketing hardware and software an extra channel which they can use to promote their services and interact with customers, all managed centrally from the Ticketer system they use on a daily basis.
