Bakers Dolphin has been awarded a full 100% mark in quality and excellence from an audit carried out by the Guild of British Coach Operators.
The guild carries out an independent and rigorous 44-point audit on coach operators every two years.
Weston Super Mare-based Bakers Dolphin claims it is the only coach firm in the region to reach the exacting standards of the Guild.
Bakers Dolphin MD Max Fletcher said: “The guild believes the customer should be at the centre of everything and we are keen to subject ourselves to their examination as they look at everything we do from that perspective. To receive 100% from their audit is a real credit to all our staff and is especially pleasing for our drivers who are the public face of the business meeting and transporting customers every day.”
The Guild represents some of the UK’s leading coach operators. In addition to benchmarking quality it also provides specialist training for coach operators and staff.
