The organisers of Innovation & Technology in Transport – ITT Hub – have announced a list of exhibitors with leading industry names confirming their space at the event. Ford and Alexander Dennis (ADL) have both confirmed that they will be exhibiting.
ITT Hub looks set to be one of the first post-Covid big business events to take place when it launches on 30 June and 1 July at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre, where it aims to bring the complete road transport supply chain together – manufacturers, operators, technology suppliers and policy makers – to explore the shift towards decarbonisation in line with the Government’s Road to Net Zero plan.
Its organisers said that ITT Hub represents the first time that established bus, coach, van, and truck brands such as Ford, BYD, Iveco, Renault Trucks, Wrightbus, ADL, FIAT, Mercedes-Benz Bus and Coach, Wrightbus, Caetano Bus, Pelican Bus and Coach, and DAF Trucks will have appeared together at a UK trade event, where they will join around 135 exhibitors including latest additions Basemap, Forman Vehicle Services and Truckfile.
Mark Griffin, CEO of Binswood Media – organisers of ITT Hub – said: “We are delighted to have secured a very prestigious line-up of exhibitors for ITT Hub, made up of companies large and small from across the commercial road transport industry.
“Many of our exhibitors have been looking forward to this event for more than two years and since Easter we’ve seen an uplift in confidence, with space selling quickly.
“There’s no question that ITT Hub is recognised as a strategically important opportunity for commercial road transport to explore how it can adapt and thrive as it meets Net Zero requirements. Importantly, our event is being welcomed as the chance for colleagues to meet for the first time in more than a year.”
Martin Brailey, ADL Sales Director – UK and Ireland added: “As Britain’s biggest bus and coach builder, we are pleased to be taking part in ITT Hub and looking forward to meeting customers and industry colleagues. ADL is well-placed to support the bus industry with the widest range of low, ultra-low and zero emissions vehicles, some of which will be on show at Farnborough.”
