Chalkwell Coaches has invested in two advans which are to be used to promote its commuter coach services.
Under the heading ‘Ease the stress commute for less’, the advans feature information such as ‘Save up to £1,300 per year – commute to London with Chalkwell Coaches!’, ‘Local pickups from Maidstone, Medway and Sittingbourne areas’ and ‘Local stops nearer to your home and workplace’.
Operations Manager Andy Bates said: “We believe they will be a very good promotional tool and useful for handing out leaflets. As they run around our pick up points, people will see there is an alternative to train travel.”
He added: “A future part of the plan might be to hire them out.”
