Coach Hire Comparison is hosting a conference on the January 19, 2016. The venue for the event is the Boundary Conference Centre, South Normanton, Derbyshire, DE55 3NA.
The company has successfully filled around 55 places and aims to get around 80 attendees.
The day will include the re-launch of Coach Hire Comparison, showing a new design, as well as the launch of an independent review system – Trusted Travel Reviews. Tea and coffee will be provided along with a hot buffet lunch.
Running from 1000 – 1600hrs, the event’s speakers include:
James Stokes for Coach Hire Comparison, who will be talking about how suppliers in the industry are starting to come together and integrate services to make life easier for both an operator and customer experience, whilst using online services such as Coach Hire Comparison and coach management software systems.
Peter Rosenfeld from Web Ticket Manager, who discuss his firm’s system, a cloud-based online ticketing facility delivering an end-to-end ticketing solution to tourism-related businesses.
John Roe from Roeville Coach Reservations Software will provide insight into how its desktop based system can help coach and minibus companies manage their day to day private hire jobs, including quotes, bookings, confirmation letters and iInvoices.
Mark Bond from E Coach Manager will be showing the group a demonstration of his online cloud based booking system which has started linking with third party applications to make the day to day running of a company slick.
Anthony Marrett from Don’t Travel Empty will allow the group to see how empty legs can be filled by using the firm’s data matching programme and also show how over 95% of passenger recover requests are successful.
Lastly, Matthew Spriggs from Trusted Travel Reviews will close the day by launching the service, which is an automated online review system.
