It gets underway on Wednesday March 20 with a keynote address by David Brown, Chief Executive of the Go-Ahead Group, followed by the first of the interactive sessions, ‘Lessons from Robin Hood country’. This will provide an insight into the factors which have made this area a true leader in quality and innovation, reflected in a high number of awards. In the evening there will be a drinks reception and conference dinner, with guest speaker Allan Edmondson, Bus & Coach Services Manager at the Olympic Delivery Authority from 2008 until 2012.

This in turn is followed by the second of the workshops, ‘Adding Value at the Sharp End’, looking into the fundamental importance of the key interface between front line staff and customers, and how the industry can drive improvements.
