Following on from the success of last year’s Ride and Drive which saw over 200 attendees, CPT London and South East in association with CPT Essex will again be hosting the event at North Weald Airfield on July, 27, 2018 from 1600hrs.
Free to CPT members, thanks to the support from the CPT suppliers members listed below, the evening will also include a BBQ with Hog Roast and Buffet. Non members will be charged £10.
As with previous Ride and Drives, there will be a collection for Essex and Herts Air Ambulance.
This year, the suggested donation is £5 per person which will be collected when visiting the registration desk to pick up a meal ticket.
More than 25 buses, coaches and minibuses from CPT-member manufacturers and suppliers should be available to test drive around the airfield.
Vehicles are currently being provided by Irizar, EvoBus UK, Alexander Dennis, Scania, Volvo, Pelican, EVM, Optare, Arriva Bus and Coach, Close Brothers Vehicle Hire, Moseley, Wrightbus and Dawsonrentals and MAN. PSV Transport Services will also have a display unit.
