Organisation releases impact assessment tools, a guidance document and call proposed legislative changes ‘unclear, unworkable and unfair’

The Community Transport Association (CTA) has summarised its position and released guidance for its members on how to respond to the Department for Transport (DfT) Section 19 and 22 consultation.

The consultation, which launched in February 2018, follows a change in how EU Regulation 1071/2009 on PSV operators is perceived in the UK.
