The organisers of Showbus have released the online brochure for this year’s event. A new, innovative flyby is to take place instead, due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Coaches and buses will travel between the Wheatley Services, Oxford and Beaconsfield Services, taking the scenic A40 route via Thame, Stokenchurch and Beaconsfield. Enthusiast’s will be able to safely socially distance at various parts of the 30-mile route.

32 coaches and buses will depart at timed intervals from Beaconsfield services, whilst 33 will depart from Wheatley services. Departures will commence at 10am from both locations.

The Showbus Traders Village will be held at Wycombe Market, with photo, model, and book stalls available to browse. Five buses will also be on static display here. Buses on the flyby heading towards Oxford will also pause for five minutes here.

CBW will bring you a full report on the event in next week’s issue. Published online Tuesday 29th September.
